All deliveries are sent with a trackable service.
- We'll send you a link with your tracking information via email, once your package has left our warehouse.
- If your items have been shipped in separate packages, you'll receive separate dispatch emails with different tracking numbers. This way you can track each parcel individually.
- If the tracking doesn’t show any updates or is blank, please allow until your estimated delivery date for your order to be delivered. There may be a delay with your tracking being updated, but it should update soon.

Returns & Exchanges
Changes or cancellations cannot be made once your order has been confirmed!
We always want to make sure your order is delivered to you as quickly as possible, so it's sent for processing as soon as we confirm it.
For Singapore orders, purchases made are eligible for exchange or return with store credit, within 30 days of receipt. Items need to be new and in it's original packaging.
Delivery fees or custom duties/taxes, if any, won't be refunded.
Sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.
Please reach out to our Concierge team at hello@urbancapsuleco.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange to start the process.
Your return will be processed within 14 business days from when we receive it.
Unfortunately, international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Online purchases can be exchanged in any Urban Capsule retail stores within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Exchanges can be done between items of the same value or higher value. Top-up is required for item of higher value and payment can be made at point of exchange via Cash, PayNow and Bank transfer only.
- Please make sure that your item(s) are unaltered and in its original packaging
- Sale products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
- Once an exchange for an online order has been made, it cannot be further returned for Store Credit.
Exchanges can only be made at our stores. If you are unable to visit our stores, please opt for a return instead. You will be refunded in the form of store credit, which can be used on your next purchase.
We reserve the right to reject item(s) that do not fulfill the conditions above.
We sincerely apologize that you received a defective item.
Please reach out to our concierge team (hello@urbancapsuleco.com) within 10 days from the date of delivery with the following info
• Your Order Reference no.
• The product code of the defected item
• Photo of the defect
Our Concierge team will get back to you as soon as possible and assist you with an exchange. If the piece is no longer in-stock, store credit or a refund will be issued.
For defective items, you will be sent a return postage label to return your order.
Please make sure your items are unaltered and in its original packaging. We recommend returning the defective items only via our prepaid postage label, as any charges incurred for using other modes of delivery won't be reimbursed.
